You pull on the skull, and a wall nearby retracts in a loud rumble.
You enter the new room, and see a skeleton lying in an open coffin.
The wall behind you closes over, and you hear a sound: gas is being released through a vent!
As you scramble for the way back, your head starts spinning - you can't reach the vent, and the secret door is too solid for you to open in your present state.
Through coughs, you try to tell yourself you won't die, not here!
But that was your final
breath!
